Questions
How long does a migration take?
It depends on how much data you have and how many people are moving. Small moves can be quick and larger ones are done in stages. You'll get a timeline before anything starts.
Will we lose any email?
The goal is nothing lost. Mail is copied rather than moved, and the old system stays available until you've confirmed everything is there.
Can we keep working during the move?
Yes. Most migrations run in the background, with one planned switch-over at a time that suits you.
