teli.ca is a one-person IT practice based in Toronto, serving businesses, organizations and households across the GTA. You work with the same experienced person from the first conversation to the finished work. Every change is agreed with you first and documented when it’s done.
Background
I’ve worked in technology for over 25 years, for businesses, nonprofits and families.
Today I work in a senior IT operations role at an international organization, managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity and security, and the business systems people rely on every day. I bring that same experience to businesses, organizations and households that don’t have an IT department of their own.
Who I work with: small and home-based businesses, nonprofits, places of worship and community organizations, professionals working from home, and individuals and families.

How I work
Every job starts with a conversation. Not sure what you need? Start with a consultation: tell me what you’re trying to do, and we’ll work out together what’s worth doing and what isn’t.
Most work is a one-off: a project, a fix or a setup, finished and handed over. If you’d like someone to call on regularly after that, just ask.
Remote or on-site
A lot of the work can be done remotely. When it’s better in person, like setting up a network or a workplace, I come to you anywhere in the GTA.
Evenings and weekends
Work is scheduled around a full-time role, often in the evenings and on weekends. For many home and small office clients, that’s when it’s most convenient anyway.
